According to the Nihon Keizai Shimbun, Japan's Mitsubishi Corporation and Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. have announced that they will proceed with joint development with Vietnam's largest real estate developer Bin Group in Ho Chi Minh City.

Mitsubishi Corporation and Nomura Real Estate will invest approximately 100 billion yen in the Vinhomes Grand Park Project. The Bin Group's Vin City project plans to supply a large-scale housing to Ho Chi Minh City, with approximately 50,000 housing, schools, hospitals and commercial centers to be built by 2023.
Mitsubishi Corporation and Nomura Real Estate will construct 21 condominiums in partnership with Bin Homes. In connection with this investment, approximately 10,000 new homes will be prepared. Two Japanese companies will each invest 40%, and Vinhomes will invest the remaining 20%.
